What Ever happened with this?

This is fantastic! I was a Sailor for 11 years but it was on military ships with their own propulsion. I could never really wrap my head around sailing theory until I saw this.

Sam, You are the man !!!! I've enjoyed many of your videos. I just had my sailboat sink at the dock here in Hudson , Fl. I will look for another boat. This time I would like to go with a smaller boat (18-25 ft. or so ) . If you know of any for sale along the gulf coast let me know. I can't afford much as I didn't have insurance on the last one. Sam, I think you need to look at the tension of your shrouds. You leeward shroud looked like it was very loose. That can cause the shrouds to crack where it enters the terminal through flexing. That of course leads to dismantling. You probably know this but I don’t know if you noticed how loose it was?

Sam, I’m kind of hooked on your videos now You were the real deal I watched a lot of other sailing videos but you were going out there in small boats and making it work and I think that is so cool It’s nice to see somebody out there. That’s actually pushing their limits.
